Once the 2nd TTC is set up, these 2 centres will compete each month on home and away matches to test their skills. Promising players will be selected into Elite Squad for more training with better players in KL state team.

Talent Training Centre - Bangsar / Pudu Zone Launched on 17/1/2009

Calling former KL volleyball players and coaches - come and share your skills and knowledge to the juniors, our 5 years program to groom a formidable volleyball team for Kuala Lumpur Wilayah Persekutuan has volley off on 17/1/2009 at Sri Sentosa Secondary School, Jalan Kuchai Lama. Your past experience are invaluable and an encouraging motivation for the young talent.
More than 50 talents attended the 1st introductory and elementary session under the tutelage of FIVB II coach - En. Mohd Radzi Mohd Rawi, assisted by Mohd Rafiq ( Sukma Player for KL/WP).
We would like to have as many players and coaches as possible to give one to one guildance on basic skills. All training would be focus, quality and effective.

TTC Bangsar / Pudu zone Training schedule:
Every Saturday from 1.00 pm to 5.00pm
Sunday from 8.00am to 12.00 noon
( Closed for Chinese New Year hoidays from 31/1 to 7/2/2009, training resume on 14/2/2009)

If you know of any player or student age below 15, with good height 1.80m for boy and 1.70m for girl, feel free to bring the in, we will reward you with a Limited edition TTC training jersey.

All training for select talent - 18 boys and 18 girls for each zone are for free, no need to pay any fee, will receive 2 TTC training jersey once selected.

KLAVA had done a similar program 15 years ago and the achievement from the players were with flying colour, in 5 years time, captured almost all the national championship and in the 7th years, 7 women players were selected in the 2001 SEA Games team.

You could be the next HERO / HEROINE in time to come.

Talent Training Centre - bangsar/Pudu zone launched

The first talent training centre confirmed on 10/1/2009, handing over of 10 balls and 1 net to TTC Bangsar / Pudu zone to Pengetua SMK Sri Sentosa. Oficail training will start on 17/1/2009, every Saturday 1pm - 5pm, Sunday - 8am -12noon.

We need more coaches and former or current KL palyers to come forward to help training the talent like what we were doing way back in 1993, we shall be able to achieve better ir not similar result within 5 years time.

It is not easy to find a school who is willing to give their full support to corporate with KLAVA, therefore, I would like to plead to all of you to come forward to help if not spread the news to your fellow players and coaches.

We shall apply focus concept in each training, whereby the chief coach will lead the training, oversees and assign task to his assistant coaches and trainers, it will be a perfect and quality training, if we can have 1 trainer to 1 player guidance on each training if we have enough coaches and trainer, specific volleyball skill like spiking skill will be handle by former good spiker and the same to serve, block, receive, set and liberor.

The traditional way of training were not efficient as 1 or 2 coaches has limited time guilding players in basic skill, and a lot of time were wasted when palyers are waiting for their turn for drill.
